Tzedek & Tikkun Olam

At Western Hillel our students aim to be a leading force who inspire others to make the world a better place.  We stand committed to the Jewish concepts of Tzedakah (Charity & Justice) and Tikkun Olam (Repairing the world) and aim to infuse all our programs with some element that gives back to our communities.  It’s no wonder that some of our most successful programs are about giving.  It takes just one inspired individual to change the world.  In Judaism we believe that every life is a universe in itself, when you help just one person it is as if you have already helped the world.
